[X4U] looking for VPN information

Probably exactly what it says.  VPN stays connected during login/out & 
fast user switching.  2. Sending all data through the VPN.  The first 
is a OS level issue, the second is typical in many VPN clients.   It's 
just a matter of setting your default route for all traffic to be the 
VPN endpoint, vs the local system.


What i'd love is if they make those kinds of options open to other VPN 
clients, or if they add in the OpenVPN code to allow for some of this..
