[X4U] 10.3.9 is out

They still support Jaguar with security updates. I am sure they will do 
the same for Panther for years to come. Especially since they will be 
leaving early iMacs behind.

BTW 10.3.9 fixed my mail won't send the first time problem. I was 
having to edit then resend every other email for the past two updates 
since 10.3.7. Finally it is fixed. Thanks Apple!
