[X4U] OS 10.3.9

I just downloaded the upgrade and installed it over 10.3.8.
Easy to do, no unusual happenings, but whatever changes there might be 
are subtle!

I clicked on an Apple site's link to what was *supposed to be* a 
description of what changes were made in 10.3.9.
However, when the site opened, it gave info on what changes occurred in 
the 10.3.8 upgrade!

I'd like to know what 10.3.9 has corrected/changed, etc.
Anyone have a link to that info?
