[X4U] Always starts up in OS 9

Try holding down the option key on startup to see working startup 
systems displayed. Select the OS X one and press the right arrow to 
start in it. You might want to reinstall Panther over itself with 
Archive and Install option to make sure it's all there if it still 
won't stick.
