[X4U] Find Large files

Can't you just use the Finder's Find command (File->Find...)? Then 
under "Search for items whose:" select "Size" in the first menu, "is 
greater than" in the second, and enter a size (100,000 kB for 100 MB). 
You can even sort the search results by size.
