[X4U] Can't view page source in Safari.

Have you tried reinstalling Safari? The easiest way would be to install
the 10.3.9 update, which installs the latest version of Safari. One note
about that, though, is that the keyboard shortcut for "veiw source" has
changed with the latest version.
