Their antics have actually induced me to rip (though not share).

Any more it seems when we buy a DVD for the kids I'm ripping/burning to 
a homemade DVD so the kids (or I) can put the DVD in and just watch the 
movie without having to put up with all the junk at the beginning. Its 
gotten to the point that even when you finally get to the menu part, 
you still have to wait for the menu to actually appear and be usable.

Of course this had the added benefit of letting me put the original 
away where it will be safe from kids and pets.
