[X4U] Firmware 4.2.8 install went sour- no ethernet or USB after install

I did run the hardware test and it says all tests passed ok.

System profiler shows it to have 4.2.8f1 installed.

I believe the problem may be that the firmware may have glitched 
somewhere during the install process. I can not figure out how to 
reflash it tho.
