[X4U] Compare ConvertX PVR to the Eyetv200

Can anyone tell me what the difference between the Plextor Corp.'s 
ConvertX PVR and the Eyetv200, other than:
EyeTV has Firewire and a remote.
The ConvertX has USB 2 and no remote.
