[X4U] How to qualify a spotlight search with the md attribute?

So say I want to specifically look for photos that have a specific  
keyword and I want to use the mdItemKeywords attribute. How do I  
specify the query?

I know how mdfind works from the command line but how to I use that  
query in the GUI?
