[X4U] Permission Problem !!

Well, was doing my routine permission fixing,
click on Disk Utility, and select the drive,
and click on Repair permission....

Wham o ,
Got this error message:

"Disk Utility internal error"
Disk Utlity has lost its connection with Disk Management Tool,
and cannot continue... Please quit and relaunch Disk Utility.

Well, did that for 5 times, nope...
booted with Disk Warrior, fix a few things, went back to Disk Utility 
... Nope still the same..

booted with 10.3 OS Disk... went into Disk Utility ...
same thing....

Okay... What the matter Disk Utility and the Hard Drive.

Very ODD.
