[X4U] Tiger and aliases etc...

I noticed that in Tiger you can¹t drag documents to the Dock anymore. Has
anyone else noticed this? Also you can¹t make an alias to the Network icon
and drag it to the desktop in Tiger either. Why are these not possible in
Tiger? They¹re handy features to have in Panther. Can this functionality be
returned to Tiger?
