[X4U] IE 5.2 fails to run on non administrator account

Hello,

IE 5.2 fails to run on non administrator account. It runs when logged in as
the administrator. Any ideas?

Note: Doubleclicking IE icon in dock results in the screen flashing but
immediate termination of IE.

What log would contain execution info. Running Console does not produce any
IE error messages in the console window.
