Yes, and Illustrator and probably several others. but what I'm remarking on is not the apps which don't Hide via Cmd-H, but that there are some times when apps do not hide *at all* be it by Cmd H, be it by going to the application menu and selecting the menu item "Hide (Application Name)" or by option-clicking on another application.
