[X4U] Hiding Problems in Tiger

Howdy,

If you have only one application (besides Finder) open and you happen  
to have hidden Finder (so there is only ONE unhidden application)  
then trying to hide that application fails. I still believe the  
proper behavior is that if all applications are going to be hidden by  
the request to hide then Finder should automatically become active.
