[X4U] iTunes - print cd jewel case insert

That was easy enough!  :-)

However, when I looked at my playlists, I thought, "Gosh, I can't have 7
playlists named 'Greatest Hits'".
This won't be a problem for playing, I can just change the name when I need
to print an insert.
