[X4U] Posix error

I've only one site I can't go to and that's the one from my  
provider.  Strange.  I get this error in Safari:

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.telenet.be/mijntelenet”. The  
error was: “POSIX error: Permission denied” (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:13)  
Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the  
error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

In other browsers I get a different message or no message at all.   
Sometimes I get the second page and then that error.
Is there anything I can do about.  The provider couldn't help me.
