[X4U] Error code help

Hi,
I have G4-450 DP running 10.2.6. I ran Disk Utility and Disk Warrior and 
received these errors on 1 partition on 2 separate drives. One of the 
partitions is a boot volume. 
After "checking catalog file"
the message "keys out of order" (in red) followed by,
"Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit. (-9972)"
this was on the boot volume on drive 1.

I received "Invalid number of allocation blocks",
"Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit. (-9972)"
On a partition on my second drive.

I can't access either of these volumes. What do I need to do from here?
