[X4U] VNC issue (kinda stuck!)

I once used a command line to do this:-

sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/ 
Contents/Resources/kickstart -activate -configure -access -on - 
restart -agent -privs -all

run kickstart with -help for more options.
