I don't have one of those either.

I have

$ cd ~/Library/Preferences/;ls -1 com.apple.help*
com.apple.help.plist
com.apple.helpviewer.plist

and a bunch of folders in

/Users/luomat/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpui/

but no helpui.plist
