The other thing that occurred to me... You don't have anything that is
a CPU hog or memory hog running do you?  (Have you restarted since
having the problem?)

Sorry.  I don't really have any.  It's a case of do as I say and not
as I do. I've bought a couple in the past, but haven't found any I'd
highly recommend...
