I was in that situation once. I bought a grounded outlet and connected the ground lead to the water pipe that comes into the house. That should be a good ground, but may not be "up to code". Buy a nice surge protector to go between the outlet and your computer... BTW: I am not an electrician, aand even if I was, I wouldn't be up to code in your area, so don"t take my advice.
