[X4U] scroll through mailboxes

I like using my keyboard to navigate. Is there a way to scroll though 
my various mailboxes without using the mouse?
If not, is there a way to reassign the Comand-1 though Command-6 
(Mailbox>Go To>) to the mailboxes I use most?
