[X4U] Phone call log

I'm looking for an OS X application suited for small businesses with which I
can enter and keep track of phone calls and requests. I envision a simple
interface with caller name, date and description of call. Bonus features
would be to sort by caller, date, etc., and be able to export data.

I imagine I can do this with a simple excel spreadsheet, but if there's a
little app out there already, I'd like to check it out.
