[X4U] hidden files

Run Terminal and type:

	touch .text.txt

   I need to make a .test.txt file,
   but Mac OS X, will not let me do this, said that (.dot) in front of file 
   name,
   are for System only... this program app, requires I make a . text file.

   Anyone?
