[X4U] Tivo desktop 1.9

FYI

Tivo Desktop 1.9.1 is out and it works a little better, you can play 
your tunes again via you tivo ( if you use Jaguar and couldn't with 
1.9.0).  Photo piece causes an error on my Tivo.
