I am sorry that I did not make clear that I had already updated to 10.3.8 on my G5 tower. I do not have unusual delays with 10.3.8 and the latest security update on an old G4 tower. The 10.3.8 update increased speed on most applications and file access, and shortened Internet delays but did not eliminate them. I still experience a long wait whenever I try to access a different site, and when exchanges such as in e-mail, these all take far longer than when I was using 10.3.6. Do you think that changing location again would help? I have checked everything I could, including use of disk repair, DiskWarrior, and TechTool Pro 4. I also reentered search domains, etc. I would appreciate any suggestion that could help.
