I'm always happy to see macs on TV. My wife is getting sick of me. I
sit there and yell out: "iMac!", "PowerBook", "iBook". I see them a lot
on 24 and CSI, although there are some Dell's mixed in.
My brother's wife, who lives in LA and is connected to "the industry",
got a dual USB iBook a couple of years ago that had only been used as a
prop for what was then a fraction of the street price. I'm not sure
exactly how that transaction came about.
