[X4U] TextWrangler is now FREE

  Awww, shucks! It requires OS 10.3.5 at least.
I am ready to go to 10.3.2 (from 10.2.8) as the software is just sitting 
around waiting for me to install it.
But, I'd have to upgrade to 10.3.5. I think there are too many problems 
with 10.3.5 right now...so I'm hesitating.
Oh well...
