[X4U] Red in "force Quit"

Whenever a program hangs, freezes, bombs etc. and you open the Force 
Quit window, does the suspect application show up in red? I remember 
the red names from either before I installed Jaguar or right after 
Jaguar. I'm now on Panther 10.3.7 but I haven't seem the names in red 
since early 10.2.x.
