[X4U] Spotlight - Searching For An Exact String

Not really knowing anything about how spotlight works and not much about how
Google works, (big assumption follows) I imagine that the results to a
search such as Woody Allen would be sorted by relevance. Therefore documents
which contained the string "Woody Allen" would appear at the top of the
results list, followed by documents containing both "Woody" and "Allen",
followed by documents containing only "Woody", followed by documents
containing only "Allen". The last two are questionable as it depends on
whether the two terms are AND-ed or OR-ed. Assuming this is the case, the
search for Woody Allen would return the document you are looking for in the
top of a list of many results and all searching for the string "Woody Allen"
would do is return less results. The user-friendliness of this interface is
probably debatable and I imagine this was probably a good debate among the
Tiger developers/marketers/etc.
