[X4U] Wireless Reception

I heard  a rumor that the wireless reception on Apple PowerBooks was not as
good as iBooks ( older ones - not the new release today)...

Does anyone know if this is true or not ... And if so ... Is it still true
for the newer PowerBooks as opposed to last year's model?
