[X4U] Kernel Panics When Shutting Down

Thanks to ALL for the cool ideas. In my case,  I tried it lots of the
suggestions on this thread - however nothing was helping - so I was getting
a bit frustrated - and I said - what the heck - and I ended up upgrading to
10.4.2 ... And in my case: "Yipee" -  no more kernel panic crashes for now!

So, I guess there was some kind of conflict with 10.4.1...  That got
resolved in 10.4.2
