[X4U] iCal won't publish to .mac

My iCal will no longer publish my calendars to my .mac account.  For the past couple of weeks it has said:

"Error: Calendar could not be published.
.Mac server is currently unavailable."

iSync will not publish any calendars either -- new or existing.  I have repaired permissions, run DiskWarrior, and deleted/recreated the .mac entry in my keychain.  The iDisk login still works fine.  The outdated calendars still display online.  I really need to publish ASAP.  Any ideas?
