iVisit is very cool and you can usually find lots of people online 
with cams, no porn ... just regular folk from around the world. It's 
Mac/Windows. Not sure if it works with Tiger... haven't upgraded yet.

iVisit is also used by a lot of teachers/schools for distance 
learning. And you don't need a camera to participate or see other 
people's video feeds.
