[X4U] script to archive a single email

I need to have Mail automatically saving (possibly raw text format) a 
specific email.
I was thinking to couple a Mail rule with an Applescript, but I have 
never written one before... and I'm feeling lazy.... (I've done some 
trials but did not work).

Does anybody has some hint on how to write it?
