[X4U] Another Adobe Annoyance...

I've always made PDFs from Word files by using the "Print" dialogue & 
clicking on the "Save As PDF" button. If I need to manipulate these, 
then sure I'll open them in an Adobe product, but I've never used the 
PDF-maker toolbar. What does it do?
