Apple most definitely has lawyers in Taiwan--a substantial portion of 
their manufacturing is done their. They certainly could and would bring 
suit there.

Since Luxpro has an English language website (albeit a very poorly 
translated one), they clearly intend to market their products outside 
the People's Republic.
