[X4U] How can I easily replace '/' with '-' in file names?

I recently started backing up my PowerBook to the server at work but 
the OS at work is Windows. As such, the files within my PowerBook 
that are named with a '/' cause Apple's Backup program to error.

How can I easily change all occurrences of the '/' character to a '-' 
character?
