IMO Dashboard is a great entry-level programming environment. I'm just 
not sure I like the idea of making it a separate UI "layer'". I liked 
it when we got away from the "desk accessories are different from 
regular programs" idea. I guess I'll have to try it before making any 
real judgments on it though.
