[X4U] Tiger bug- local .html file on .dmg won't mount?

Someone else try this and see if you get the same bug with Safari in  
Tiger.

I downloaded the beta program window manager Witch from http:// 
www.petermaurer.de/nasi.php?thema=witch&sprache=english&kopf=labor


The file is a .dmg file, as usual.  The documentation comes in the  
form of .html files.

If I double click OR drag-and-drop to Safari, Safari gives the error:

"Safari can't find the file.  No file exists at the address "/private/ 
tmp/dmg.NpVT5A/ReadMe.html"

However, if I drag the files out of the disk image onto the desktop,  
they open without any problem.

Does this reproduce?  Any suggestions?
