I think you may have lost track of what was being discussed.  Wasn't his 
original point that he comments were around before Spotlight came out?

I don't think he was looking for critiques of his workflow.  Just 
responding to the hyperbole of comments now going to 11.  (I'm guessing 
that as I thought the same thing when I first read this and almost made 
the same "Why don't we call it Spotlight Filename then?"
