[X4U] 10.4.1 out - GPGMail.mailbundle issue

This seems to be just a compatibility safety check. I safely moved my  
"~/Library/Mail/Bundles (Disabled)" folder back to ~/Library/Mail/ 
Bundles with no issues whatsoever.
