I have two computers on which I've installed Mac OS X Tiger (a dual 1.8 GHz G5 and an Al 15" PB. Both installations were done as "upgrades" from 10.3.9. On the PowerBook, when I finished the installation I was asked to enter my Apple ID and password. On the G5, I wasn't. I don't recall seeing this before. Any idea what's normal? Jim Robertson --
