[X4U] Duplicate a CD fails

Sorry I was not clear - I am NOT burning a disc copy - I am selecting the
mounted disc and doing a command-"D" or "Duplicate" command which in the
past would write the contents of the CD to a folder with the name of the CD.
This was an extremely useful and fast way to create a local copy of client
assets.
