[X4U] bi-lingual

I am bi-lingual, English and German, and have need of using both 
languages in one communication or document from time to time. It 
would be good to have active dictionaries and thesauri in two 
languages at once, rather than having to choose which language is the 
primary one and restart with that as prime? That's of course absurd 
for one project.

Any way to accomplish having both languages available at once for 
dictionary and thesaurus?
