[X4U] Microsoft Word X characters overlapping

One of our secretaries is having some problems with Word in Office X.  
Certain fonts will overlap on large documents. (Handbook, etc.) I  
just found out about it this morning and when I called to ask which  
font it did this, she said she threw it away and couldn't remember.  
(Sigh.) Has anyone else had an overlapping font issue in Word X? I  
just thought I'd send this "vague" inquiry out so I could see if it's  
happened elsewhere and have an idea of what to do if it happens again.
