[X4U] start app in background

Hey, Jim..

Are you talking about not wanting to wait for apps that have a long  
launch time? I've always had pretty good luck launching apps, then  
going on to whatever I was already working on.

Photoshop is an example of an app that takes awhile to launch,  
compared to others I use...FCP as well...
