[X4U] Mail rules on raw source

Hello:
	Is there a way to have Mail.app filter rules apply to the raw source 
headers? For example, I'm looking to catch certain character encodings 
from the Subject before they are decoded and displayed as intended 
(i.e. "Subject: =?gb2312?B?...").
