[X4U] Intego for chapter 11?

For a week now I'm trying to contact Intego.  I can send them an e- 
mail, but don't get a reply.  I tried for the second time Personal  
Backup X4 but got an error.  I de- and re-installed but the error is  
still there.
I've send a mail to the US several times, then to the Europe  
headquarters but no luck so far.
Is there another program I can use to backup an HD?  I just upgraded  
from X3.
